Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Options and Rates
- Shipping options are provided at checkout and based on the weight of the items ordered. 

2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2 business days. Please allow additional time for orders placed on weekends or holidays. 
- Orders placed after 8 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
- Due to the nature of our products, orders placed Friday-Sunday will not go out until Monday. 

3. Shipping Carriers
- We use USPS for most of our shipping needs. We may use UPS or FedEx as needed. 

4. Tracking Information
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at usps.com.

5. Delivery Issues
- If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team at hello@simplyschuman.com.
- For lost or damaged items, please report the issue to us within 2 days of the estimated delivery date for assistance with a replacement or refund.

6. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship internationally.

7. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
